Very good carrier, polite and careful driver, rode in comfort . Thank you very much =)

Overall good carrier. Besides a small misunderstanding with ticket seats all was great. Wish the seats can be defined during ordering. The bus was clean and drivers professionals. Wi-fi and USB chargers. Drivers shared snack and water. Small delay at border but the bus arrived on time. Thank you

Was delayed for 5 hours. Said there was a border crossing problem so the booking cannot be refunded. I don't get the logic tho.

ARDA TUR - They are cool guys, I was traveling with them, and they flew through two Turkish-Bulgarian borders without stopping. Well, I'm exaggerating. Well, just in 10 minutes we passed two borders, cool guys.

Offended driver, no information on the front wind shield of the direction, luckily passengers were helping.

The bus was 1 and a half our too late and then the Driver wanted me to pay for a toilet he say everything in bulgarian (I guess) so i never know how long the breaks are

Kierowca i autobus super gdyby nie pasażerowie, którzy zapomnieli się umyć przed podróżą. Smród jak w stajni. Sama podróż bez zarzutu. Ludzie myjcie się !!!
