Очень удобный автобус и хорошая поездка.

During my drive from Athens to Varna on 19th of June the bus was suddenly changed mid journey and driver didn’t notify me about it, just told me that bus won’t go to my final destination, not explaining that I need to change the bus at that moment. The change was not mentioned in my ticket as it was a direct bus, and eventually no clear explanation WHY the bus was changed were presented. Eventually I was supposed to wait 3 hours on Haskovo bus station to get on another bus which will get me to Varna. In Varna I had a connection bus at 17:30 which I obviously missed, because there was not enough time to get to Varna on time with second bus (which was obviously also 30 mins late). Additionally the bus fee wasn’t returned at all as it was already less than 24 hours before the journey and I was supposed to buy a new one which resulted me it 40 euros loss, not mentioning the time loss of 6 hours. I kindly ask you to make a refund of the connection bus ticket, as the unprofessional behaviour of the driver resulted in previously mentioned money and time loss, not mentioning the accusations of me being the source of the problem and condescending comments from workers in central office in Haskovo.

Автобус комфортный, немного староват, нет туалета, но водителя очень приветливые. В целом поездка прошла хорошо.

Автобус старуватий, сидіння продавлені, зарядок до телефону немає. Але добре працює кондиціонер. Найгірше водії, курять в салоні, нечемні. Але ціна на квиток гарна. Все вчасно, без затримок. За таку ціну можна їздити, незважаючи на маленькі неприємні

Ехали Салонники-Бургас автобус хороший водители отличные. притензия только при покупке билетов на саите инфобус т.к в электронных белетах не были указаны номера кресел при том что другие пассажиры купившие билеты у ARDA TUR были номера кресел нам с семъеи 3 человек приходилось при каждой останвке менять места такая ситуация вообще не удобна( мягко говоря)

Beautiful scenery between Thessaloniki and Plovdiv . Bus very comfortable. Some delays but not fault of bus company
