The bus were late for 2 hours and the toilet was not working. the bus were super noisy bcs of the other passengers but the bus crew do not try to make them to be quiet. I could not sleep and even use the toilet!

I am very disappointed because the bus did not arrive at the agreed place and I had to take another service to go to my destination. I don´t recommended this bus. I will never use this service again

The bus was good, seats were really comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was out of service.

Hello I am sorry to tell you but I got very disappointed, because the bus got broken after 2 hours drive. It started smoking inside the bus we had to stop. After they tried to fix it but with no resultes, the bus driver told us the next bus will come in 10 hours. For now we can stay in a hotel. Luckily we were still in Austria. So I asked the driver if I get my money back for the trip if I go back to Vienna because it's not worth it anymore to go to sophia if I arrive 10 hours later. He said yes. I called the company and asked for the money they weren't able to help me. In the end I didn't get my money back and I weren't able to go to my vocation... I am not happy with this.

Will never use it again, one of my worst bus trip ever. The bus came an hour late to Budapest so I ve waited in the middle of the night out there. Not only it was late but they also had a long coffee break while they already had over 1h30 delay to Vienna and I had to pay for a taxi 40€ to get to the airport on time because the driver refusebti drop me on the way next to the airport. So finally I paid 15€ for the bus trip from Budapest but because of their incompetence and rudeness the trip costed me 55€! Cherry on the cake the bus was stinking and I could not even sleep 30 minutes because of the smell. Bad air-conditioning, wifi not working well... Never again

Budapest to Vienna. Bus arrived 20 minutes before scheduled departure at 03:40 am. Arrived a little later than scheduled because off the road jam form the highway before Vienna's airport until Vienna Stadium. Space was enough, not so common in European buses.Didn't use the toilets, so I can't rate them. Television screen with Bulgarian channel was available, as spied with my neighbor. Only minus was the techno music (soft volume) going on the trip (it was night). But I tought "better a little music then the driver falling aslepp" :-)

I can't recommend this bus company at all! Worst trip ever! I had to wait 2,5 hours for the bus and nobody could tell me when the bus will actually will arrive. The bus was a nightmare. It stank all the time. The rear section of the bus was used like a trash can. Garbage was everywhere. Every bus company is better than ARDA TUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never use again the services of this company and don't advise it anybody. You will not save time nor money. Departure from Vienna was delayed for almost 2 hours, the cabin didn't have a toilet, wi-fi appeared only at the last hour of the road. But the most unpleasant was the behavior of driver and controller. It was frankly boorish. I was very rudely answered with a question about the toilet, and at the end of the trip literally "thrown out" of the bus, despite the request to wait 2 minutes for us to call a taxi. // Больше не буду пользоваться услугами этой компании и не советую другим: не сэкономите ни времени, ни денег. Отбытие из Вены задержалось почти на 2 часа, в салоне не было туалета, wi-fi появился только в последний час дороги, а самое неприятное - это поведение водителя и сопровождающего. Оно было откровенно хамским. Мне очень грубо ответили на вопрос о туалете, а в конце поездки буквально "выкинули" из автобуса, несмотря на просьбу подождать 2 минуты, чтобы мы вызвали такси.

Первый рейс отменили за несколько дней перед поездкой. у второго рейса автобус опоздал на 2 часа, причем никто не мог дозвониться и узнать где автобус тк компания не работает в это время! В автобусе не было туалета, хотя он предполагался и на всей территории Австрии не было интернета. Дозаониться
