1. I don't even know where to start. First of all, the list of advantages mentioned that there would be snacks and drinks, but there were none. I saw a few yogurts in the fridge, and noticed that people were taking them, but when the driver talked about the trip, he only mentioned that there was water in the fridge, and that’s all. He said they would offer tea and coffee at stops, but unfortunately, no one offered anything. After 20 hours of travel, people probably couldn't take it anymore and asked for it themselves. And as the crowd effect goes, when one person asked, everyone wanted a drink, so the driver was forced to serve. I’ve used various carriers before, and all of them offered something minimal, like a muffin, crackers, or Coca-Cola. There were even some who offered fresh, warm buns, and throughout the trip, every three hours, they would offer either a muffin, some cookies, or something else. But here, for this price, it’s just pure stinginess. 2.The seating arrangement is awful. Why don’t you allow people to choose their seats on the website? Imagine buying a ticket a week before the trip and being seated next to another person, not even by the window. Later, I noticed there were free seats all around the bus, and I had to move around in hopes that new passengers wouldn’t come and kick me out of the seat. I had a 30-hour journey ahead of me, and in such conditions, I was seated as a second pilot next to a woman in the aisle! While 30 seats in the bus were empty, and while there were royal seats that, for some unknown reason, were given to other people. 3.The air conditioner was running like crazy. By 11 p.m., people had put on their jackets until they finally had to ask the driver to turn it off because he hadn’t figured out on his own that it was +15°C outside and the air conditioning wasn’t needed. At 7 a.m., for some reason, he turned it on again, and once again, everyone had to bundle up. 4.The trip through Odessa was 4 hours longer than the one through Chernivtsi. The drivers missed the ferry and partially delayed the trip because of this. Also, at the borders, they were specifically picking on our bus. 5.The bus is old, the seats are old, uncomfortable, don’t recline, there’s not enough space, and there are no pockets for personal items. 6.They were even too lazy to take out the trash. Instead, they handed out garbage bags to passengers and asked them to collect their own trash and throw it away. Can you imagine? In conclusion, there are much better carriers for this price. The only advantage is that the bus had a toilet, but after this experience, I will never choose this carrier again.
