The bus didn't show up on the route from Veliko Tarnovo to Bucharest or march 09. I called the call center at 22:30 when the bus was already a half an hour late and they said it will be there in a few minutes. After waiting another half hour I called back and they said the bus was there and already left, which was not true and I can prove it with video footage from survailance cameras. They said they would send me an email investigating what happened, which they never did. We were left in the middle of the highway, close to midnight, with no way to get back in our home country. Both me and my girlfriend missed work because we couldn't get back to Bucharest. I had to pay a taxi, look for a hotel, and stay another night in Bulgaria because of them, which caused me to waste time and money. The second day, we had to pay for another bus and train to get back home. They sent an sms on March 10 at 17:30 pm, asking to contact the agency for a refund when I never requested a refund. They showed zero interest in solving this problem. PLEASE MAKE AVAILABLE THE RECORDINGS OF THE PHONE CONVERSATIONS I HAD WITH THE CALL CENTER! You have 24 hours to comply and compensate for our expenses which incurred because of your company. After the passing of the 24 hours we will be contacting the police and the embassy to file a complaint followed by a lawsuit.

Хороший автобус. Диспетчера. Опоздывал на автобус так помогли,подобрали по пути,водителя и диспетчера были на связи.будем обращаться еще

Таймінг зупинок по Польщі 100% збігався із вказаним, по Україні іхали швидшим, тим швидше приїхали, це найшвидша поїздки, що суууупееер. Транспортний засіб 4 зірочки, бо було затісно. Персонал 4 зірочки, бо оголошення інформації російською мовою.
