Hard to rate a bus company that leaves you behind at the border. I can only assume the bus staff miscounted the number of passengers but the bag beside an empty seat should have been a giveaway. No apology forthcoming either so suggest you consider an alternative carrier.

Огромное спасибо водителям, профессионалы своего дела, очень помогли в автовокзале Стамбула с поиском следующего рейса. Очень вежливый и хорошо исполняет свою работу. Один минус в автобусе нет туалета.

pésimo servicio, muy impuntual, demoró 2 horas más en llegar, el bus muy sucio e incómodo, los asientos tienen muy poca inclinación para ser un viaje de 8 horas. El chofer puso su música a las 6am!!! pésima experiencia y ticket muy caro

pésimo servicio, el bus de muy mala calidad, asientos poco reclinables y muy imputual, se salió con una hora de retrazo y el bus llegó mucho más tarde a destino (debió llegar a las 7:30AM y llegó a las 10:00AM) además el conductor a las 6am encendió la radio para ir manejando con música. fue un desastre

Very easy transfer, great staff- very professional and caring.

We had allocated seats, but passengers sat randomly one by one and didn't want to give me and my daughter our seats, so we had to occupy seats behind the driver until they got out in Sofia. One of the drivers was absolutely rude with passengers and smoked on the bus during the trip. They left one lady on the bus station during the trip and she had to take taxy to catch the bus. They also didn't wake us up half an hour before we came to Athens and we literally had to jump out of the bus on the first stop but we needed to get out in Pireas.

Рейс був заявлений як прямий, але рано вранці нас пересадили в інший автобус. І через півгодини цей другий автобус зламався. Довелося близько полутора годин чекати заміну автобусу. Запізнилися на 2 години. Крім того, в інших пасажирах були квитки з місцями, а в мене - без місця, це було дуже незручно
