Дуже комфортна поїздка, навіть в спеку було приємно сидіти в автобусі. Зручні сидіння з можливістю регулювання спинки та відстань від сусіднього сидіння. Доїхали за вказаний час , водій їхав безпечно!

Водії дуже грубі і, здається, бракує поваги до пасажирів. Приїхали раніше за запланований час, що було радісно. Не вистачало комунікації від водіїв - чи є туалет в автобусі, коли будуть зупинки, що нас чекає на митниці тощо. Нас мовчки везли як субʼєктів і при зупинках казали час, коли треба повернутися в автобус.

the service provided on bus route CYZ 888 on 16 July. During this long-distance journey, the toilet on the bus was locked and unavailable for passengers throughout the trip. Considering that the journey lasts approximately 12 hours and that there were elderly passengers and children on board, the lack of access to a toilet was already a significant inconvenience. The most concerning incident occurred during a stop in the Odesa region (approximately at this location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/wU7vLfW24VCn8eEu6?g_st=ac). The drivers stated that the stop was made to pick up a passenger. During this time, the second driver left the bus to smoke. A female passenger attempted to leave the bus to use a restroom. However, despite the bus already being stopped, the driver refused to allow her to exit and closed the door directly in front of her. This was deeply disrespectful and humiliating, particularly given that the onboard toilet was not operational. Passengers should be treated with dignity and respect. Denying someone the opportunity to use a restroom during a scheduled stop, while the bus was stationary and one of the drivers was taking a smoking break, demonstrated a lack of basic consideration for passengers' fundamental needs. I kindly request that you investigate this incident, review the conduct of the drivers, and inform me of the measures your company intends to take to prevent similar situations in the future. I also encourage the company to ensure that either onboard toilets remain operational on long-distance routes or that sufficient sanitary stops are provided for passengers. Все чудово. Водії дуже порадували, дуже приємні були

Рейс був з аеропорта Кишинева. Оплачений повністю чепез Infobus. Нажаль літак розвернули в повітрі над Кишиневом і відпровіли зворотно в Стамбул. На рейс ми ні як не встигали. Водія було оповіщенно. Я зателефонував перевезнику ща номерами вказаними в ел.квитку. (моллавський та український контакти) Вони запевнив що нас (мене та колегу) посадять при наявності місць на автобус за тим самим маршрутом по прильоту в Кишинів на наступний день. Нажаль по прильоту в Кишинів на наступну добу , менеджер перевізника відмовив в перевезені, хоча автобуси були напівпорожні.

Все було дуже добре. Сподобалось. Вчасно доїхали.

Поїздкою задоволена, автобус зручний, кондиціонер є, зарядка для телефону є, WI-FI є, доїхали без затримки, водії привітні.

Автобуси зручні та чисті. Привітні водії. Кондиціонер працює. Санітарні зупинки по графіку. Було б добре ще мати туалет на такі дистанції.

Чудова поїздка . Кордон пройшли швидко . Ніде не зупинялися по 40 хвилин і тому приїхали в аеропорт на час раніше зазначеного часу .
