The ride was nice, but the driver was rough in driving. Very less space in the vehicle People were eating very smelly food The mini tables at the seats were very dirty and the seats itself were a little broken. A part of the back seat in front of me was broken, and was making my leg feel uncomfortable, therefore had to always sit up or try to put it away so it doesn’t touch my leg or my clothes to which the thing was attaching. For a ticket of 2000hryvnia’s was not good enough at all

Один з водіїв зневажливо ставився до україномовних пасажирів. Не працювали виходи для зарядки телефону. На питання українською мовою він взагалі не відреагував. Коли звернулися російською, він відповів, «что ваши соотечественники поламали». Вважаю таке висловлювання неприпустимим. Думаю ви розумієте чому. Другий водій чудово йшов на контакт. Автобус MAN досить комфортний. Не до порівняння до того, яким їхала в Кишинів. Двоярусний має дуже незручну посадку, мало місця для ніг. Таке враження, що конструктори автобуса на ньому не їздили жодного разу. Загалом подорож пройшла успішно. Дякую.

4 раза меняли автобус и соответственно менялись места. К поездке претензий нет. Но водители могли бы и помогать загружать чемоданы, высоко. Цена дороже на 300-400 грн чем у других обычных перевозчиков.
