This bus trip was excellent. The drivers announced departure times and stopped near free public restrooms, a welcome convenience when traveling through multiple countries without local currency, unlike Flixbus. They also offered complimentary coffee, tea, and croissants.

Я в шоке от качества поездки. Водитель почти всю дорогу говорил по телефону, держал руль одной рукой и при этом постоянно матерился. Такое поведение — недопустимо для человека, который отвечает за безопасность пассажиров. Чувствовала себя некомфортно и небезопасно. Прошу обратить внимание на этот инцидент и принять меры.
