було багато пересадок, то кондиціонер зламався то ще щось але! дуже круто спрацювали всі пересаджувати на комфортний інший транспортний засіб майже за ручку водили дякую за сервіс!

I was expecting a large bus, but it turned out to be a minibus. The type of vehicle should be clearly indicated at the time of booking. If there is a change in the type of bus, customers should be informed in advance. Had I known beforehand, I would have asked to be placed on a large bus, even if the departure time was less convenient.
