Tur-Trans-R traces its activity to 2001 and its background to tourism. Its first regular international service, Dolyna–Warsaw, opened in 2007.

Bus arrived late, and was smaller and more cramped than what was pictured on the website where I purchased my ticket (don't let the angled shots fool you). No bathroom, gruff driver, very unrealistic arrival time listed that, even though I built in a couple of hours, made me miss my connection by a significant amount of time.
The trip was ok. The bus is ok. You should change you timetable in order not to meet lots of other busses at the border what made us wait SIX hours.
автобус загалом комфортний, проте водії дуже не організовані: посадка з запізненням, повна плутанина з місцями, пересадка в інший автобус, про яку ніхто не попередив, результат - спізнення на 3 години по графіку і жодних пояснень

Nie zaszkodziło by gdyby obsługa była była bardziej przyjazna, miła, kontaktowa, rozumiem zmęczenie pracą, ale to nie tłumaczy tej niechęci i obcesowości do klientów !
Все отлично, только непонятная ситуация с оплатой. Оплачивал картой через интернет и оплатил 101,74 зл. А при входе в автобус доплатил на руки водителю ещё 20 злотых. При заказе билета на нужное мне время высветилось два рейса стоимостью 101.74 и 120 зл. Я заказал, что подешевле, т.к. не видел между ними никакой разницы. Мне не сложно доплатить 20 зл., но зачем вводить людей в заблуждение и если денег бы в кармане не оказалось вообще, то что делать? Этот вопрос к организаторам поездки. Водители молодцы, автобус нормальный, интернет правда не всегда работал.

Билеты заказала через планшет с отеля , в Гожув Велькопольский сказали без распечатанного билета на международный рейс не возьмут, удалось распечатать!! Поездка была приятной, спасибо перевозчикам!!
Заказывал билеты в интернете с указанными местами, но по факту садятся там, где свободно.
