The carrier never showed up on that day, was not accessible in any way over the phone, online chat or whatsoever. Due to this I missed a connected trip. I was just forgotten in a foreign country, not knowing the language with a kid and a senior mother on me. The staff of the bus station forced us out at midnight, we barely were able to book a hotel. Thank you so much, "Arda Tur" for a wonderful trip. Will surely use your services once again. If you ever wanted to pay money and never make the trip - I sincerely recommend "Arda Tur" as a carrier. Guys are pro and know what they do.

Ужас! Вместо автобуса был микроавтобус. Водитель ехал только по известному ему маршруту и останавливался где ему угодно. Несмотря на то, что при пересечении болгарско-турецкой границы автобус опаздывал уже на час, он решил остановиться в дьютике на 5 минут. По факту стояли все 30 минут. Как итог опоздание в Стамбул на 2 с лишним часа. В связи с такой ситуацией, пришлось высадится из микроавтобуса на заправке около Стамбула, т.к. я опаздывал на самолет. Английского водитель не знал. Потраченные нервы и доп.расходы на такси от заправки - итог поездки!
Перевозчик надёжный, рейс был во время, персонал вежливый. Цена адекватная.

The journey was good; I enjoyed seeing the countryside. But the company did not provide numbered seats to passengers who booked on line. This meant I had to find an empty place only to be moved out of it when someone else got on at a later stop. This led to my glasses getting lost. There is also a ptoblem with toilet breaks when the driver changes you don’t know how long you have got before the bus will leave. On the bus I traveled on the toilet was locked .throughout . These issues could easily be rectified and would make the journey so much more enjoyable.
Viajamos desde estambul a plovdiv, un viaje de más de 6 horas de noche sin baño ni WiFi. Salió a la hora programada.

I many times use this company to go to Istanbul, they are late between 1,5 to 3 hours during the last 5 trips I done with them...really a pity as buses are comfortable.
