Автобус в аэропорт Модлин прибыл заранее. Поездка прошла благополучно. Я всем довольна. Wi- Fi работал. Обстоятельства , не зависящие от водителей во внимание не берутся. Спасибо.

Автобус запізнювався більше ніж на 3 години. Не дочекалися. Квитки нам ніхто не повернув.

Комфортно,зручно, дуже часто приходиться їздити,поки жодного нарікання, останній раз як замовляла квитки, автобус із запізненням приїхав,але оператор повідомив заздалегідь- смс,і на протязі деякого часу дзвонила операторам, уточнити ,через скільки буде автобус,завжди відповідали.На разі не маю нарікань,все добре, дякую!!!

Туалет всю дорогу в автобусе не работал. Вай фай отсутствует.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I booked a bus from Lviv to Khmelnytskyi. My order number is 13034606. My bus should be arrived at 4:10AM so I was waiting at outside from 3:40AM. At 4:06AM they called me and they said the bus is sticking at a country border so it will be late 2-3 hours. It's not acceptable. I had to wait -1 degree of outside and after 2 hours and 40 min later, they called me again and the bus will come more later. Yes. My plan is completely destroyed because of this company. I know they can't control the border passing time. But they need to guess and manage the time. They shouldn't sell tickets if they can't come on time ( or max 30 min late) I seek a refund. I don't write to a customer support because I don't want unnecessary communication anymore. Anyway Don't use this company except if you wanna waste your money and enjoy -1 degree outside 3 hours.
