As requested, I would like to share my experience from a recent night trip. For safety reasons, I believe it would be better to have two drivers on night routes. Also, I was concerned to see that the driver was texting on the phone while driving and not watching the road — this is dangerous. Another issue was the very cold air in the cabin, which made the ride uncomfortable. We did arrive on time, and overall the trip was manageable. However, there was a conflict between two passengers: one was traveling with a dog, and the other had a fur allergy. I understand both sides, but I’m not sure how such situations should be handled. Perhaps some clear policy would help in the future.
