On June 12, we waited for a bus to Sunny Beach (from Varna to Istanbul) at 6:30 am. The bus arrived at 8:18 am. No one warned about the delay, no messages were sent to phone numbers, unlike other bus companies. And most of the passengers were traveling to Istanbul airport. The drivers did not apologize or explain anything. Apparently, they were in a traffic jam early in the morning and were tired or very tired the night before. At Turkish customs, one of the drivers was detained to explain that he had brought things that, based on his experience as a driver, did not need to be brought across the border. The bus stood up, and the second driver only waved his hands, saying, “I will not go to Istanbul without a partner, even if the passengers are late for the flight. I had to take a cab for 150 euros. After such a wonderful trip, the bus company also decided not to apologize for not watching their drivers. Apparently, the drivers' salaries are not very high, since they do what they want.
