very fast and efficient; even though there were customs delays, we got to Warsaw airport in time

The bus had a working and open toilet, which is the most important for this long trip. In general, the bus was clean. I loved that two women helped with everything you needed during tip - internet, serving tea and coffee, clearly announcing what was going on, and coming to each person and asking if any assistance was needed. That is brilliant as drivers could do their job and not be disturbed by questions from the clients during the trip, they purely concentrate on driving. I can definitely recommend it.
