Wszystko bardzo dobrze, ale były problemy z Internetem.

The bathroom had no water due to some error, what is unspeakable, on such a long route especially. Toeards the end of the journey the toilet was apparently very dirty and stinky (I didn't dare to use it). Aircondition was very high (even at night when it wasnt even hot durimg the day to start with) and it took me two trips to a driver to get it lower finally as I was freezing. The driver claimed it was impossible to change, but then finally adjusted the temperature. But the tour guide (pilot) was very nice and helpful.

I used the bus as I have a great fear of flying.However I was surprised to find that we were the only people on the bus who weren't Polish!Seeing as the bus travels between the two countries all the information was given in Polish with a very few words in English .This left us not knowing what was going on at times.As I speak german, even a few words in German would have helped.The bus was safe but ran into problems such as a burst tyre and motorway closures which made it arrive 3 hours late..not the fault of the company . Altogether I would not do this journey again..just too long.

It's okay except wifi. I couldn't connect as an other passengers in the bus

Пожалуйста, пускайте автобусы Варшава-Минск не белорусского производства, они дико неудобные. Нет wi-fi и непонятные розетки для подзарядки. Дикий холод. 21 век. В билете написано приезд в 10 утра, приехали в 11 утра. Огромной плюс низкая цена, за это огромное спасибо!!!
