Bohužel mě autobus nevzal ... I když jsem měl zakoupenou jízdenku do Dresden ... Kvuli registraci trvaleho pobytu v Dresden... Takže mi jizdenka propadla a 35 eur v háji . I had the necessary form and registration with me. Nothing more according to the decree from 17.3. I didn't need to. But the bus didn't take me ... Petr Sopka

2 hours delay, the driver said it was because of czech traffic, but they were doing pauses every single hour

I booked the ticket for the 1st of January.. I was informed that due to holiday the selected route wouldn't operate (although they charged me with the amount). They told me to send an email in order to get a refund for it but two weeks later now I have no response from them. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional.

Very good bus, and always look at to the safety. However may need pay attention the pick point must be inside of terminal, so every passanger know exactly the pick up point, particularly if the midnight.

It was the worst trip that I've ever had. after one hour waiting they send a message that the bus will be late 3 hours! It was a night time and the area wasn't reassuring. Basically they calling a station front of the bar! We bothered by drunk people during one hour waiting then We had to buy another tickets which they were quite expensive due to last minute purchase.

Smelly bus, unfriendly drivers and they don't speak anything but bulgarian. We left Prague on time, but arrived in Dresden 2 hours late and because of this we almost missied our flight. There was a short delay on the motorway, but then the drivers were not in any rush to catch this delay up and stopped for smoking and breaks on the way...

Большая задержка. АвтоБус пришел с большим опозданием в Благоевград- на 40 мин. Станция, где происходит посадка, никак не обозначена. Спасибо людям -подсказали. В целом доехали вполне комфортно, своевременно добрались до Салонников.

They are always late. I arrived at 4 and I suppose to arrive at 3 in Prague
