No toilet. It is a bad joke for long distance routes.

if there is less than one star I would have chosen it it was awful the bus never came I waited for one and half hour in the street after midnight and even no one is replying to the complains and it is a scam since I lost my money to a service I never had and no one refunded the money till now

The bus arrived 30 minutes late. Seat distances eere so short and the bus smell realy bad.

Everything was fine. The bus was clean and comfortable

The worst service ever! The bus never came to the meeting point. I lost that bus (Budapest-Sofia) and another one (Sofia-Athens). I tried to called the carrier but no body answered! It was midnight! So irresponsible! Even I haven’t received an answer of my complains!

Автобус маршрута Варна-Берлин отправился из Вены на почти 2 часа позже запланированного. Все это время мы ждали автобуса на станции. В остальном, довольны поездкой.

AWFUL. ARRIVED OVER 1 HOUR AND A HALF DELAYED!!! Since the stop was outside the station we FROZE. Didn’t check doccuments, anything. We almost missed our stop because we were sleeping (since arrival time had changed we didnt know when to wake up) and the drivers certainly did not check the number of passengers.

Extremly dirty, an awfull smell inside the bus and no organisational at all. At our asigned seats there were other people and nobody cared.

The bus arrived 2h30 late, no precise informations about it on the company's website.

Great trip, air conditioned bus and comfortable
