Could be mire clean but ín generál well. Itt was too hot, I missed fresh air.

Very comfortable train journey, left on time, coffee and snacks provided during the trip. Happy to travel again with RegioJet.

Купляв квиток без пересадки,но пересадку довелось зробити,взагалі доїхали без пригод.

Якщо брати шкалу оцінювання від 1-5, то на 3-ку.

От Перемишля до Праги поезд Региоджет сломался, ждали 8 часов пока починят. В этом поезде не было отопления и не работали розетки. Три вагона отцепили и людей пересаживали в другие вагоны, мест не хватало Путешествие на Региоджет от Перемишля до Праги - это лотерея, нам не повезло в эту поездку. Готовьтесь ко всему, если поедете на поезде - тепло одевайтесь, не покупайте билеты на стыковочные маршруты - можете опоздать.

Good service, on time, seat TV screen features better than airlines.

The service was awful. the RegioJet train which has to start the trip on 13 March at 08.20 from Przemyśl, Poland to Rzeszov Poland was broken. I have stayed in the train without the appropriate site, stayed in the compartment 1 with other 4 persons from 20.00 up to ~ 1.10 AM. No any information about the issues, expecting departure time, it was could, no electricity and weak heating. I was forced to go back to the railway station to buy a ticket to other train. Nobody at the Przemyśl railway station was NOT able to guide or to support. I took a train to Rzeszov at 04.20. I think this is unacceptable. I would like to hear what do you plan to anticipate a such situation or in case if it happed how would the services will be of better quality aligned to the passengers needs. In addition, I would like to claim the amount payed for the services I did NOT received.
