Waiting in Istanbul two and half hours without any information! Never saw such a late bus...Always waking up because of screen light incorporated in the seat.

I was truly shocked by the rudeness of our Bumgarian driver. First he literally slammed the door of Sofia's Arda Tur office in my face, then made it extremely difficult to load my bags, and made sure I got no sleep on the bus. I don't know what his problem was, but thankfully a nice Turkish driver replaced him in Haskovo.

Good ride. No problems with anything that could have been the staffs fault (delays were die to the border controls). They were all helpful and friendly. Other than that the bus was clean, spacious would be an overstatement, but it was good enough, made a lot of stops. Outlets not at the seat, but in a general area. Maybe the staff could also make the announcements in English, not only in Bulgarian, and an email that the bus will have an delay would be good. Also, I want to point out that wearing a mask is not mandatory in most of the countries you travel through anymore, so if that makes you feel uncomfortable, please keep that in mind before booking as well as the fact that wearing a mask for >24h in a stuffy bus is simply torture, so please be a bit forgiving about that to your fellow travelers.

The coordination between your company and Arda tour was not good, and we received no tickets from Arda tour. We had to get in the bus with your tickets, without number seats. We had to move several times to another seat (they gave us a paper with the seat numbers, but other passages with official tickets had the same seat number). And we were very nervous, because if the bus got full in any stop, we could have problems. Besides, some passengers and the drivers did not put on masks

We had to change the bus in the middle of the night without the communication of the bus driver. First, they told us that people going (from Istanbul) to Sofia can stay, but suddenly we had to leave. Some basic info in English would have been helpful. Moreover, the light above the seats did not work, same with the WIFI (!). Apart from that, the bus left in time and arrived more or less in time, which was at least something good!

This is a lie. SCAM ALERT!!! they never appear we stay one hour before and one hour later and no bus for this company. No one to ask. Worst customer services ever. Is all a lie. I bougth 3 tickets From Wein to Prague and never they appear. Is a shame.

Trajet laborieux, arrivée avec 1h de retard. Trajet « direct » où nous avons dû changer 3 fois de bus

Istanbul - Bourgas Une petite heure de retard mais sans grande conséquences, nous sommes quand même en vacances et sans impératif à l'arrivée. Deux chauffeurs impeccables et très prudents sur le trajet. Le plus jeune parlant correctement anglais (mieux que moi) et aux petits soins avec les passagers. Une petite collation offerte pour faire plaisir au départ. Véhicule très correct, wifi et climatisation ok. Seul petit bémol, il en faut bien un, un arrêt un peu trop long à quelques kilomètres de l'arrivée, pause repas des chauffeurs et lavage extérieur du car. Prix raisonnable 23€ pour 350 kms.
