Поездка прошла хорошо. Жаль не было wi-Fi.

Я мала до посадки 2 години. На вокзалі взяли мої речі в свою кімнату ( самі запропонували). Це дуже було зручно. Автобус подали вчасно, допомогли з багажем. Салон супер. Все вчасно. Єдине, що незрозуміло, на сайті вказано було, що останні квитки. А в автобусі на 56 осіб нас їхало 10. Поїздкою задоволена. Рекомендую.

Все хорошо. И автобус, и водители. Даже пересадка на другой автобус, в районе Пловдива, не повлияла на оценку.ь

Very big delay of the trip, no good service

This was my first experience using this carrier and I have to say I would definitely use them again. They are affordable and the carrier was clean and tidy. They also have Wi-Fi which was fantastic to keep in touch with family and friends, but it only works on the Turkey ?? end but not the Bulgarian end. Not the end of the world but would have loved to stay in touch and watch some Netflix.

Водитель курил в закрытом автобусе прямо на ходу. При том, что за минуту до этого останавливался и мог выйти покурить на улице.

Please don't use Adra Tur. They are late for hours. We missed our plane because 4 hours late. The internet is not working, the dirvers are very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately, bus is not comfortable, seats cannot be dropped at night. And you can’t charge your phone here.

I've bought a ticket online via Infobus. When I came to the bus station Arda manager told me they don't see my ticket in their system. I had to buy it again to hop on this bus. The manager was very rude, didn't care about the situation, didn't care about the time, I nearly missed my bus. I claimed for refund but after 2 days there's none. I hope I'll get my money back at the end.
