There was no AC , Wi-Fi not working and toilet too
It was hot all the way of the trip - all 12 hours like in sauna! Driver just not used AC from the beginning or on it time by time . We told that it’s hot and we need AC several times ! AC it’s a basic and if driver not using it when it’s 35C for what we Paid this money? Wi-Fi was not working together with toilet. Why you mentioned that you have all this facilities if we can’t use it ? One more time for what we paid this if we didn’t receive the facilities which was promised?

The ride was good but before the border check point the driver decided to stop next to a cafe, telling everybody to go to the toilet. Because there was only one toilet it took forever for everybody to use it. The driver enjoyed his cofee, the cafe had customers and me and my family missed a connecting bus.
