No air conditioning on a 5 hour trip. A star for nice service and complimentary water bottles.

Sofia - Thessaloniki The coach was new and in good order, departure was on time in Sophia. The only thing to note about the departure was, that the crew were not very happy if one did not optain luggage-tags at the counter before giving it to the crew. The trip itself was good, and the crew was in a much better mood once the coach departed. They even came around and made sure one had WIFI and asked where one would like to get off the coach. What seemed a bit akward at the time was the first stop after only 30 minutes of driving time - but we arrived in Thessaloniki without delay. A very first on a bus trip was the complementary waterbottle and 2 snacks per person. I really like the notion. 4 Stars. 1 Star less than possible due to bad attitude during loading and boarding.

It was awful! They sent us message that would be late 3hours and came after 4hours. The toilet did not work. And it is not like the pictures that they have uploaded. If i could, i would rate it with -5.

Супер
