Staff is very friendly and good, the only thing missing is one of the toilets was not working.

Крутенный,просторный поезд Реджио !широкие кресла,куча места для ног,2 чистых туалета в вагоне,бесплатная вода и билет по цене автобуса.Вежливый ,грамотный проводник.К слову сказать автобусы Реджио тоже хороши ,но в них не работает кофе машина ,не самый чистый и неудобный туалет. Первый раз пользовался услугами этой компании и остался доволен!

Intercity train was perfect. Train from Premysel to Prague: car attendant (car #1) didn't notify a passenger about train coming up to Krakov, though she told him she would wake him up and serve breakfast (she didn't show up). She also showed other passenger how to open the door!!! Stop was only 1 minute. The passenger couldn't open it and missed her destination place with heavy bags and at night. She started looking for the car attendant and couldn't find her anywhere (checked 3 cars!). Toilets were stinky, floor in the car was dirty, door was broken, didn't close automatically, was open most of the time, cold.
