Дуже сподобалося. Єдине, краще б якщо водії розмовляли б українською. Бо на фоні війни - резонує

I booked a bus from Bucharest, in Romania, to Sofia, in Bulgary, for the day 10 of october of 2024, to depart from the Bucharest Henri Coanda airport at 22h10. I was there waiting until 22h30, but there was no bus passing identified as Like Bus, so we thought something was wrong. Being such a long trip (almost 8 hours by bus), we had to find a quick solution, otherwise we had to stay in Bucharest and we would miss every reservation we had in Sofia. I got on my cellphone and saw that at 23h30 there was going to be a flixbus departing to Sofia, but it was 20 km away, in Autogara Militare, so we had to take a taxi quickly, which was expensive. In addition, the flixbus was also very expensive for being bought in such a short time. We were also lucky that there were 2 seats available on the bus, otherwise no solution was possible to be found. Only when we arrived at the location of the second bus, I received a call and a whatsapp message saying that the Like Bus was delayed 45 to 65 minutes, which was too late to let the passengers know that something was wrong. This delay should have been sent to the passengers at top until the time of the original departure, thus at 22h10. The way it was made was completely disrespectfully and caused several inconveniences

Дуже ввічливі і уважні водії, одним словом - професіонали! Хотілося б, щоб усі водії були такими.

Водіїв треба навчити розмовляти українською мовою і не хамити пасажирам. Запізнився на 5 годин,бо їхав на якийсь незрозумілий кордон.

Подорож з даним перевізником не сподобалась. Не рекомендую!
