About the carrier
ВТА BUS also uses the names BTABUS and VTABUS and is associated with VasylkivTransAvto. Its transport history began with intercity routes in 2006. Since 2013, the company has developed scheduled international passenger services, including connections to Poland and Czechia.
To plan an international trip on ATBway, select your travel date and passenger count, then compare the available offers by departure and arrival time. Check the exact boarding address, destination stop and local time at each point of the journey. Before paying, read the baggage allowance and ticket refund terms for your selected offer. Prepare the documents needed to cross the border in your circumstances, and allow extra time before a separate onward connection: border checks can take different amounts of time.

The bus is old and there is no air conditioning (but the regular "speed of bus = speed of ventilation" does the work I suppose, although it could use some cleaning as the air coming through it stinks a bit - buy maybe it was a guy sitting next to me). Reservation site bus layout doesn't match with actually bus layout (less places in actual bus). Still, it was the only option I had at the time and it did the job. Could use some improvement, but ultimately we got where we needed to get without injury or major discomfort.
на infobus вибирала автобус по комфортності. Ні туалету, ні кави, ні wifi заявлених на сайті у перевізника не було. При купівлі білету вибрала місце, яке згодом не відповідало місцям автобусу і сідати треба було на те, яке буде вільне.
В общей сложности терпимо. Есть перевозчики похуже этого. Но! При покупке билетов я всегда себе выбираю место заранее, для меня это важно, но каждый раз при посадке в Кракове водителя заставляют занимать только оставшиеся места и не отвечают на вопрос о заблаговременной резервации мест. Бесит!
На сайте пишут об рабочем туалете, он не рабочий, кондиционеры дуют запахом сырости, не удобные сидения после 13 часовой поездки нереально все болело. Места не указываются в билете.
Враження від перевізника були зіпсовані поведінкою водіїв та їх ставленням до пасажирів.
