Нормальный автобус, даже WiFi был, но был негатив: часть пассажиров получила билеты, в которых были указаны места, а часть - без мест. Когда автобус приехал в Краков, пассажиры без мест уже позанимали те места, которые были у других пассажиров в билетах. Возник конфликт, пересаживаться не хотели. Водитель решать конфликт отказался - говорит "Не я вам эти билеты продавал, решайте сами". В общем, жлобство наших пассажиров проявляется в полной мере, если перевозчик не способен решать элементарные задачи с выдачей мест

the bus was very old. didn't have ventilation, socket, wifi. Do you know this year is 2016? some passengers were forced to sit on the floor because you sold more seats. my seat was corrupted and the settings didn't work. I had to sit upright all the way. I hope you change your bus regards
Выезжала из Вроцлава. Автобус опоздал на 1 часа. Сначала расстроилась, но потом приехав в Киев намного раньше запланированного часа, была очень рада. Автобус чистый, удобный. Поездкой довольна! Буду стараться обращаться только к этому перевозчику.
В поездку наберите побольше всяких денег крон, злотых и гривен, понадобятся для платных туалетов,т.к. в автобусе туалет не работает
