We nearly missed the bus as it wasn't clear where the station is in Bucharest. The bus was not the standard expected. No wifi. It took 2.5 hours to cross the 4 passport controls and every time we had to sit waiting in a hot bus. At around 5am we were transferred to a smaller bus. The journey took 2 hours longer than expected.

It wasn't clear where the bus station in Bucharest is. It was hot in a bus. No toilet. No wifi in Romania. Charging the phone was unconvenient.
It was awful! They didnt recognize purchases by internet! Too much trouble and problems! Never i will travel again with this company
The worst trip ever, a bus without a toilet and extremely hot all the trip!
comfortable seats, with enough space for legs (i am 1.83 high) very fast, we arrived 2 hours earlier
Very good!
