We nearly missed the bus as it wasn't clear where the station is in Bucharest. The bus was not the standard expected. No wifi. It took 2.5 hours to cross the 4 passport controls and every time we had to sit waiting in a hot bus. At around 5am we were transferred to a smaller bus. The journey took 2 hours longer than expected.

Оценку ставлю самую низкую, так как на данном маршруте ( ВН 0277 СХ), в 5 утра, за 20 км до Кривого Рога автобус сломался, и пришлось добираться собственными силами и переплачивать за попутку, и за билет с Кривого Рога в Днепр. На вопрос как вернуть деньги за проезд, водитель данного маршрута отреагировал крайне недоброжелательно, и сказал что деньги никто не вернет. "Где покупали, там и возвращайте". Каким образом можно вернуть денежные средства, или получить компенсацию за проезд?
Ужасно... Водители очень грубые, хамы. Автобус грязный и плохо пахнить. Больше никогда не буду пользоваться этой фирмой!!!
Всю дорогу ночью крутили сериал включив громко звук, фактически не было возможности поспать.
It wasn't clear where the bus station in Bucharest is. It was hot in a bus. No toilet. No wifi in Romania. Charging the phone was unconvenient.
It was awful! They didnt recognize purchases by internet! Too much trouble and problems! Never i will travel again with this company
